Returns
House of Sunshine accepts returns for a full refund.
- To be eligible for a return, returns must be received within 14 days from delivery.
- Return shipping and associated costs are at the responsibility of the customer.
- We cannot refund any taxes, duties, charges or shipping fees.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Items must be in their original condition. Please always treat the products with care.
- Bikini Bottoms must have the original hygiene sticker fully intact and untampered with.
- Pack your return in the original box and include the order number.
- Once we receive the item in good condition, we’ll process the return.
- We don't offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange for another size, please place a new order for that size.
International: We gladly accept returns from outside the EU. However, please be aware that international return shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival back in the EU — unless properly declared as returned goods. To help avoid unnecessary charges and delays, please follow the instructions below carefully:
- Clearly mark the package as a return: Write "Returned Goods – No Commercial Value" on the outside of the package and on all customs documents.
- We recommend using the term “Return of goods originally from the EU” if applicable.
- Add a copy of your original invoice and mark it clearly as "Return".
- State the reason for return (e.g., unwanted item, incorrect size).
- The customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes charged upon return.
- We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns. Using a tracked service is strongly recommended to ensure your return arrives safely.
