House of Sunshine offers worldwide shipping with secure tracking. View delivery costs and estimated times at checkout.

• Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. You’ll also see an estimated delivery time in working days. Delivery times are approximate and may vary based on location and other factors.
  
• We use PostNL for all our deliveries. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.
  
• We aim to process and dispatch your order within 2 business days (2-4 during sale). We ship from within the EU, so no import duties will be charged for deliveries to European Union countries. For orders outside the EU, you are responsible for any duties, taxes, or other costs.
  
• We use as little packaging material as possible. We don't use any plastic and all carton is from recycled paper.  
  
• If your address or phone number is incorrect and the package can’t be delivered, it may be returned or discarded. Return costs (including shipping and duties) will be deducted from your refund. If the package is discarded, you won’t be eligible for a refund or replacement. Refusing delivery will also result in return costs being deducted from your refund.
  
• We ship worldwide. If you don’t see your country as a delivery option, please send us a message and we’ll solve that for you.
